My transfer shows as successful, but the recipient hasn’t received it. Why?
If your transfer shows as successful, it means we’ve sent the money.
Most transfers arrive within seconds, but sometimes the receiving bank may take longer to process the payment due to checks or local processing times. This doesn’t usually mean there’s a problem, so please allow some extra time for the recipient’s bank to complete processing.
If the funds haven’t arrived after 12 hours, please contact our support team, and we’ll look into it for you.
